In this role, I’m responsible for supporting event planning and facilitation, while collaborating with a dedicated team to assist local entrepreneurs in their growth and success.

Effectively leading a team of 5 talented undergraduate and graduate students through the Human Centered Design Process. Working with two local non-profits: Canopy and Community Clinic. We are navigating through customer discovery and building a solution for the problem statement of "How might we ensure that recently resettled refugees have knowledge of and access to the healthcare system in NWA?"

I am an undergraduate tutor at the Business Communication Lab for Sam M. Walton College of Business students at the University of Arkansas. I help tutor fellow business students and students taking business courses over various writing assignments and speaking projects. This has been an incredibly beneficial job in that I am further improving my communication and writing skills along with helping my business peers.- Received a 100% effective survey response rate from students post-tutoring sessions with consistent positive responses.-Responsible for "Instagram Reels", and have increased viewership. My colleague and I create educational and fun skits that we post to the Business Communication Lab Instagram to educate students and encourage them to come to the BCL.

Energetically advocate on behalf of General Mills to the University of Arkansas student body population. I work with a passionate team of 3 other campus ambassadors to recruit qualified candidates for General Mills' careers. Coordinate with University of Arkansas departments to host tabling events with General Mills products and speak in classes to spread the word about General Mills' products and employment opportunities.Gained student traction prior to the Fall Business Career Fair:- Tabling Events: 5 days (20 hours) in various Sam Walton Business building locations - Marketing: 5 Graphics & Flyers, Presentation .ppt, and Linktree (1.77k views!)- Speak in classroom presentations and various club visits

Maintained superior customer service and profisionalism awhile working with a diverse amount of clients everyday. Worked with a team of up to 4 other "College Hunks" to meticulously move clients' belongings from one location to another. Fall Semester 2022: Selected to be a part of the McMillon Innovation Studios Program on the Walmart Design Team. I worked with a diverse team of 4 peers in a human-centered design process to solve user-focused problem of mitigating cardboard usage and strive towards more sustainable packaging in commerce for the Walmart retailer. We researched and constructed various systems and prototypes that could combat this problem. The whole innovative process included consumer research, innovative critical thinking, and collaborative teamwork. Presented our customer discovery insight, prototype, and new innovative system as actionable solutions to our corporate mentors and judges.Spring Semester 2023: I stepped into another role as an MIS team member to join the "Infia" team. We worked to create and optimize a technological aid to help better assimilate students on the Autism Spectrum Disorder into the traditional classroom setting. Utilized Virtual Reality to simulate virtual calm-down spaces. Ideated ways to improve this product, and test it in several local schools in NWA. We won overall first place for the MIS Spring Demo Day 2023.

I had the opportunity to be an Intern of Scott and Amber Walker for their local product brokerage company "Best Practices NWA". This was an amazing experience in that my colleague and I were directly responsible for market research, social media marketing, and consulting with a client for their beauty product. For marketing research, we formulated and conducted a focus group for our target market. We created a social media presence and leveraged the social media apps TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to increase consumer traction for our client. By the conclusion of the internship, we were able to help our supervisors get the product into Walmart retail stores. This was an incredible experience that taught me so much about different aspects of marketing, along with growing quickly as a business professional with early real-world experience and a swift business pace.

I had the extraordinary opportunity to be selected to be a part of the Ignite Global Business program which is an immersive business program through Bentonville Public Schools in which we worked in small groups on various innovative client projects to benefit local big name companies and entrepreneurs.
