Warmly greet and serve all guests to create a memorable dining experience. Maintain , stock , and clean all kitchen utensils . Deliver and describe each dish and cocktail before guests begin their dining experience. Close out the nightly shift and reports for accounting purposes.

Manage several accounts that change weekly based on business needs. Travel to and from site to site throughout the San Gabriel Valley (up tp 7 visits per day). Responsible for feeding, walking, caring for, grooming and if necessary administering medications for pets of Sitter for Paws clientele.

Maintain upkeep for entire reception area. Accurately account for inventory ensuring all items match the MindBody POS system. Warmly greet and welcome each customer as the first point of contact directing them appropriately. Answer all incoming phone calls in a professional manner, providing answers and transferring or taking messages when needed. Promote and sell workout supplements to meet monthly goals.

Warmly greet and serve all guests, maintain knowledge of all menu/bar items and make recommendations based of each guests specifications. Direct vendors and receive incoming shipments for restaurant. Deliver all food and drinks and explain ingredients to create best experience possible. Close out accounting reports including credit and cash summary.

Order inventory of all food and drinks based on forecast business for each week. Manage food waste to prevent over spending. Lead team of 6-8 employees per shift, delegate responsibilities and set goals for each team member. Foster environment for the team built on timeliness, cleanliness, teamwork, positivity , professionalism and fun. Handle all customer complaints and diffuse and potential conflicts. Train and coach new team members.
