Research availability of specific occupations and the requisite skills or training necessary for access to the chossen position. Conduct a transferable skills analysis to identify demonstrated knowledge skills and abilities that may be used for re-entry into the work force in an alternative occupation. Work with attorneys, physicians and employers to facilitate the transition back to the work force. This often times involved education and counseling the individual about the emotional/psychological elements of the specific disability and the effect it may have or be having on their immediate family and beyond.
