• Complete field management of projects up to $18MM• Manage the construction workflow process starting in the project origination phase, including estimating, negotiation, contracting, construction administration, financial management and closeout;• Meet with Owners and Design Professionals to determine project requirements, manage client satisfaction, and take immediate action to respond to problems and concerns;• Acquire and manage all building permits;• Visit project work sites, clarify scope of work, and prepare cost estimates and proposals;• Evaluate projects for constructability and value-engineer cost savings;• Establish, monitor, communicate and maintain project schedules utilizing contemporary scheduling software (BuilderTrend, ProCore, Xactimate);• Develop and implement strategies to self perform and to outsource the various aspects of a project toachieve the projects objectives of price, schedule and quality;• Negotiate contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders to assure that all project goals are being addressed; • Proactively identify problems and develop solutions• Conduct and participate in project progress meetings;• Manage project costs to ensure budgets are maintained. Complete Field Supervision of Construction Projects valued to $1 million. Responsible for scheduling, and supervision of subcontractors, in-house labor, in-house supervisory and clerical personnel. Set up and maintain field offices, field files and safety stations.Directly manage in house personnel and 150 subcontract personnel.
