A former member of the Senior Executive Service, Ken is a specialist in executive leadership and Government organizational performance. Ken's expertise extends to all facets of operations including policy, strategic planning, performance measurement, organizational development, structures and their design integration. Ken is accomplished at small and large group facilitation interventions to resolve problems and to create “way a heads” especially at the senior leader level. Among many methods, Ken is an expert in the National Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence and especially in developing metrics. Through the George Mason University’s School of Public Policy, Ken has been a faculty member of the Virginia Certified Public Manager Program. A former Examiner, Ken has served on the Board of Directors of the United States Senate Productivity and Quality Award Program for Virginia - the Baldrige Program affiliate for Virginia and the District of Columbia. Ken has testified before the Congress on Agency management issues and is the author of A Senior Executive's Guide to Federal Agency Strategic Planning. Ken has delivered numerous workshops associated with performance excellence.
