Senior Marketing Operations Manager
Current• Manage and execute B2B integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring new business through various marketing tactics: email, webinars, in-person events, direct mail(Sendoso), paid advertising, via the Marketo platform.• Develop scalable operations strategies using Salesforce, Marketo and Salesloft to grow demand gen effort.• Track campaign progress with Marketing Campaign Managers.• Campaign operations execution including but not limited to campaign creation, lead record management, target list creation and segmentation, and digital asset creation.• Campaign and tactic performance tracking and performance measurement.• Build opportunities to automate current manual processes across the broader organization.• Evaluation of new technologies to continue to build AvidXchange’s marketing technology stack in a way that scales for future growth.• Drive and support technology adoption and change management across the organization.• Lead the development of tools, processes, and frameworks to further marketing best practices and deliver scaled operational efficiencies in campaign and lead management.
