Current• Assisted in the Development of Aristotle’s 360 product• Ensure 100% compliance for all State and Federal Compliance reports• Research and communicate all state agency regulatory changes • Build and maintain of annual State and Federal filing calendar • Review and approve all Outsourcing client reports fCampaign Finance reports• Member of the Public Affaris Council for over 20 years• Day to day management of Professional Services Outsourcing Team • Serve as Aristotle’s senior most compliance expert for all state jurisdiction for all related campaign finance report reviewMy main responsibilities include expanding my extensive PAC and Campaign knowledge, researching all changes to reporting requirements, interpret federal and state law makings and using that information to create spec to design filing software. Cultivate new relationships with new clients while maintaining relationships with current ones. Responsible for training's for the client base and customer service team to ensure software is used properly for filing purposes. My current position allows me to maintain complete accountability for the development, implementation and maintenance of software applications to support business initiatives while ensuring complete compliance with all applicable regulations. Manage high level clients in all areas as well as direct a highly trained staff of superb PAC professionals. Head up efforts to develop comprehensive standards for all facets of compliance, and communicated requirements among business units; conducted enterprise wide risk reporting analysis to monitor key performance indicators and identify risk trends. Project management, data conversions, schedules and budgets; consistently achieved desired outcomes within project timelines. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies for well over 20 years. Represent Aristotle as VP of Compliance Services in a positive and professional manner.
