• Customer Satisfaction & Quality teams on technical risks: participate to the monthly internal meetings, challenge the cost estimation, secure the provisions validations and booking as per EM CoA, follow-up the.
• Strategy: Work with the Strategy SVP, division PMO and PP 4 hubs to drive the 5 Year strategic plan (finance modelling), project prioritization, R&D projects portfolio management and R&D footprint. Follow the effective.
• Monitor the cash out for CS&Q, Channels, Strategy, CTO, Sustainability and EcoX Power departments. Build the yearly plan with departments VPs/SVPs and update it each quarter, ensure R&D and business costs allocations.
• Provide financial advisory to strategic initiatives and any requested ad hoc analysis. Be the internal finance champion on standard corporate dashboards/tools. Interact with all stakeholders: PP hubs and project teams.
