Reporting to: Power Products CFO + dotted line to several PP VPs/SVPs Working with: Power products CFO, PP/ Other Business finance team, PP CS&Q, Channels, Strategy, CTO, EcoX and Sustainability teams and PP International Hub• Customer Satisfaction & Quality teams on technical risks: participate to the monthly internal meetings, challenge the cost estimation, secure the provisions validations and booking as per EM CoA, follow-up the execution of the containment actions and monitor the actual financial impacts and risks accordingly, update quarterly forecasts, prepare the insurance audits, share the quarterly status during the BS review, participate to internal working group on CS&Q directives and rules. Give ad hoc support or recommendation to specific projects when requested. • Strategy: Work with the Strategy SVP, division PMO and PP 4 hubs to drive the 5 Year strategic plan (finance modelling), project prioritization, R&D projects portfolio management and R&D footprint. Follow the effective implementation of the prioritization plan in the current year. • Monitor the cash out for CS&Q, Channels, Strategy, CTO, Sustainability and EcoX Power departments. Build the yearly plan with departments VPs/SVPs and update it each quarter, ensure R&D and business costs allocations are in line with target, monitor the monthly progress. • Provide financial advisory to strategic initiatives and any requested ad hoc analysis. Be the internal finance champion on standard corporate dashboards/tools. Interact with all stakeholders: PP hubs and project teams, EM finance, Global marketing, Digital & data perf teams, and operations. Work with Corporate teams to improve those tools, while securing that PP specificities are taken into consideration. Leverage and promote the group tools to foster their adoption within PP, in order to support internal simplification and alignment. Make sure PP is compliant with group policies and procedures

• Commercial, & Costing: Product Cost Management, improving Gross Margin for the BU with Productivity Actions, Customer Flow Management, Vendor/ VMI/ Other contract commercial management, New Product Pricing Strategies, Setting up SPV through Singapore for Non- Manufactured component sales flow. • P&L/ FPNA, Performance Management: Volume Growth, DVC Productivity, Manufacturing Base Cost Optimization, Target Gross Margin, Target EBIT, Standard Vs Actual P&L, Analysis of Change, Change Management, Quarterly Forecast, Budget Vs Actual. • Working Capital/ Cash: Inventory Actions Monitoring- VMI, Consignment, Trade Financing, Cashflow Management, Debt Servicing, Dividend Management, Vendor Credit Reviews, Cash Pull in Strategies, Customer Collection Monitoring/ Management. • Capex & Fixed Assets: Business Case Evaluation for new Capex, Asset Tagging & verification Management, Impairment Review and Strategies.• Tax, Audits, & Compliance: Export Incentives Optimization, GST Implementation for GSC India, Income Tax/ Customs audit management, Managing Big 4 Statutory/ Internal Audits, Transfer Pricing Compliance. • KIC & Risk Management Owning & Managing Key Internal Controls, Inventory Risk, Receivable Risk, All Balance Sheet/ Off Balance Sheet Risk management.
