Responsible for the maintenance of the information technology and security policies, web and internet technologies and services, and providing expert input on strategic technology decisions. Took initiative to lead and manage the Open Data Catalog project, the rollout of SharePoint to City departments, the Parks Online Registration system implementation, the technology re-platform of Trakit, the rollout of the Etrakit mobile application, and the restructuring of the IT service level agreements. Change management: Assist customers with the adoption of new technology, systems, and business processes. Worked closely with business partners to help manage change when implementing a new Planning and Development records system, online permit applications, automating the rental housing certification process, and reconfiguring the Housing Commission’s property management system.Development: Design and develop innovative web applications and system integrations. Create functional and technical specifications based on business cases and customer requirements. Developed an innovative and award winning citizen notification system for planning petitions under review. Analytics: Work with business partners to analyze data and create reports to drive business intelligence.
