Providing quality cleaning service to approximately 150 private and commercial clients.

• Managing the setup of branch office in China.• Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality• Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, building and maintaining relationships.

• Responsible for the organisation of internal reports by gathering, analysing and summarising data from 4 daughter companies within OPG Group (Mediq)• Supporting the Managing Director in managing and monitoring major projects from conception to implementation, in addition to working on overall project planning and reporting • Co-ordinating presentation materials for management reports and regularly meeting with the Project Manager to provide project updates; ensuring the efficient preparation of tracking documents beforehand• Organising appointments with project stakeholders, handling logistical arrangements and providing administration support
