As a QC Engineer for the following responsibilities: -A. Ensure compliance with all QA protocols as per BS EN & ASTMB. Familiar with the special concrete Mixes with micro silica, Flyash, GGBS,OPC, SRC, MSRPC ,CEBEX, Light Weight ConcreteH. Prepare of Trial Mix Concrete for different strength of the concrete I . Control of Quality concreting in RMC PlantJ. Reporting to QA/QC Manager /Technical Manager regarding any variations intrial mix and strengthsK. Follow up Project specifications and consultant requirementL. To Perform Laboratory & Plant Trial Mix for new trial mixM. To verify and conduct calibration for all measuring, weighing, testingequipment’s and batching PlantN. To evaluate customer complaint ,if anyO. Details of the non-Conformance to be noted in register, wherein appropriatecorrective/preventive actions taken also be entered and documented.P. General administration of the department.Q. Report generation & record keeping.R. Leadership qualities to guide team of QC technicians & staff.S. Preparation of Technical documents as required by the customers.
