OFFSITE(OSBL):• Tankage & Storage: Atmospheric, Pressure, and Refrigerated • Products Loading/Unloading • Wastewater Treatment • Flare SystemResponsibilities:• Lead EPRF U&O Technical Team• Provide technical insight in Procurement of U&O related consumable and Equipment • Remain involved liaising with contractors • Ensure timely and quality U&P related deliverables for basic engineering or retrofitting• Provide guidance and information to contractor senior management• Provide guidance and information to area operators, and new hired or less experience engineers• Drive maintenance, development, and improvement of key Infrastructure, Tools and Machinery• Plan, organize, and communicate U&O area technical needs to leadership• Lead and organize U&O related Training Classes• Explore and devise new strategies to mitigate Corrosion and Scale in steam generation and cooling water systems• Develop Standard Operating Procedures for handling of Chemicals and Plant Equipment • Devise U&O operation commission and start up procedures• Ensure continuous water supply and maintain its quality by proper treatment

To manage and run safely the operation of "Hydrogen Production via Steam Reforming","Oil Hardening Plant",Vacuum Distillation Unit,Oil Neutralization Unit, Oil Dewaxing Unit, Boiler Feed Water Treatment Plant, Cooling Water System, and Waste Water Treatment plant.
