At SPP Pumps, I was responsible for the central marketing management at SPP Pumps, the UK’s leading water pump manufacturer and supplier and installer to some of the world’s most iconic buildings. My first task was to reinvent the company brand, creating a whole new corporate identity including the development of a social media strategy. As part of this role I empowered sales teams to grow and develop their sales by establishing and maintaining a suite of marketing resources to support sales development and customer support. Other responsibilities as Marketing Manager included: - Lead development and cold calling- Event management of events up to 85,000 visitors- Creation of marketing assets- Development of new brand guidelines- Supporting the service centre and client care teams- Data sheet development - Case study curation and creation

At Qwerty, I was solely responsible for running the UK territory which included accounts in excess of £0.25 million. For those clients, I had wide-ranging responsibilities that included: - Lead generation- Lead conversion- Customer development- Upselling and growing sales accounts- Running events including large scale international industry exhibitions- Creating sales material- Managing shop refits- Designing and developing retail customer experience trails- Office installs- Signage design and development- Freelance and agency management- Recruitment

At Trinity Newspapers, I was responsible for growing the sales of Trinity Newspapers publications in the region. This role involved managing a team of 24 that included field sales staff, admin staff, telesales and copy collectors.
