My passion for education and "in'spieration" has been the motivation for the growth of both In'spier and Workroom Associates.In'spier has become a destination location for designers in Wisconsin. Offering multiple lines of fabrics, trim, hardware, furniture, rugs, lighting and wall coverings, we are an innovative showroom of distinction. With the growth of the resource center has come growth for Workroom Associates, our fabrication/design studio. Larger work tables and talented seamstresses have allowed us to continue to create custom window arte' and home decor for every interior.Thank-you to all of my clients and designers for moving with us!Welcome to all of the designers who have discovered what our local workroom has to offer!

I opened In'spier in the fall of 2009 with the desire to create a multi-line resource center to the design trade near Milwaukee. I could have never known that just 5 years later a partnership would be formed allowing In'spier to expand to a 3,000 square foot space in Mequon, WI.The vision has not changed, it has just been realized!

KW Kustoms grew from my love for sewing to a passion for designing and fabricating unique window coverings and home decor. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than seeing a client's excitement with their newly created window treatment. My training has included coursework at WCTC, educational conferences and 3 years of hands-on education/fabrication with VEC Workrooms. In 2008, I took my basement "operation" to a studio location in Cedarburg.March of 2013 brought even greater growth with the merger of KW Kustoms and Sew it Up, thus forming the new Design/fabrication studio: Workroom Associates LLC.

Upon graduation from college I was hired at the middle school I had attended. For multiple years I passionately worked in the special education/Learning Disablities program as a Paraprofessional. In 1989, I was hired as the Chapter I math teacher and later as a Math lab educator. The birth of my second child moved me into the world of seam stressing and decorating as I looked for a way to stay home with my children as well as develop my love for design.
