The Assurance & Advisory Management Program (AMP) is a rotational leadership development program where associates rotate quarterly throughout key areas of the business, including Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Merchandising, and IT. Each quarter involves challenging process improvement and compliance-based projects with a mission to deliver outstanding customer service, drive continuous improvement, and develop future managerial talent in a team-focused environment.

- Designed and executed highly rigorous lesson plans in two curricula for over 130 students per year and processed school-wide, class-wide and individual student data to group students for remediation of material. - Acted as liaison between the Mathematics department and school leadership; distributed information and materials pertinent to school-wide and department-specific initiatives. - Served as Algebra I Credit Recovery Teacher, targeting at-risk students who struggled to pass end-of-term testing. - Implemented innovative intervention strategy that improved passage rate from 21% to 82%. - Led multi-teacher Algebra II Content Team, facilitating meetings to address issues and share best practices. Created and distributed instructional materials used by the whole team, aligning all instructors’ content and ensuring lessons met standards. Performance led to selection as Department Chairperson by Instructional Coach and Administrator. - Teacher of the Year 2014-2015 Nominee – 1 of 5 teachers nominated out of 90. Head Coach Varsity Girls Soccer Team (2013-2015) - Designed and implemented effective endurance conditioning and practice plans for 20 student athletes. - Oversaw creation of scheduling for 19-game season, liaising with coaches and athletic directors from other programs to create equitable arrangements that delivered a seamlessly run season. - Coordinated charitable funding to acquire new soccer equipment and send 9 girls to soccer summer camp. - Completed CPR and First Aid certification training to ensure physical safety of players.

Selected by the TFA National Recruitment Team to facilitate a turnaround in a low-income school by applying new strategies in instructional delivery, data analysis, and curriculum development. Provided secondary math instruction to grade 9-12 students. - Taught and trained at institute in Chicago for 6 weeks, instructing summer school and taking part in educational courses. - Mentored peer Corps members by observing their lessons and evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of their lesson plans. - Successfully completed professional development training in the design and implementation of effective classroom strategies.
