 #1 Priority-Monitoring & supporting classroom instruction on a daily basis. Plan, deliver, & support staff development for teachers related to the implementation of the Engineering is Elementary STEM curriculum. RTI Campus Chair: SST chairperson responsible for the continuous monitoring of RTI students & ongoing assessment of the effectiveness of classroom interventions. Campus Testing Coordinator: Responsible for organizing & facilitating the testing of students while taking into consideration specific allowable accommodations & modifications required for student success. Championed classroom initiatives such as the Ron Clark Academy Principles to increase the use of engaging instructional strategies campus-wide. City of Garland Tutoring Program Coordinator: Organizer & monitor of the tutoring/mentoring program on campus with the city of Garland employees. Extended Day/Saturday School Coordinator: Focused on providing timely assistance for struggling students. Campus Improvement Team Member-CIP leader responsible for facilitating the campus needs assessment process on campus. Title 1 Budgeter: Analyze campus needs assessment and budget funds according to Title 1 guidelines and regulations. Technology leader: initiated Ipad implementation in each classroom, provided ongoing staff technology training, & monitored successful use of technology in classrooms.
