Joined the Global Assessment Practice to consult on a more data-driven and inclusive approach to the redesign of leadership development initiatives for the SAP workforce.• Served as advisor to the Global Head of Gender Equity to craft the methodology and survey evaluation measures for new Inclusive Leadership pilot program.• Completed strategic job analysis and focus group interviews to inform new assessment report development. • Co-designed custom assessment reports and piloted with individuals, teams, and hiring managers worldwide.
