As president, Ms. Taylor was responsible for overall operations at JAMS, with oversight of business functions including panel relations, marketing and practice development, Resolution Center operations and human resources. She worked closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer to handle the implementation of policies and strategy. Ms. Taylor joined JAMS in 1999 as general manager and has since served as vice president and associate general counsel and, most recently, as senior vice president and chief legal and operating officer. Her roles have included overseeing regional growth and expansion efforts, developing neutral and staff training, overseeing operations in the United States and abroad, and working with JAMS General Counsel to manage overall risk of the company. She is a frequent writer, lecturer and speaker, and has developed ADR programs for business and government agencies.

In her role as CLOO, Ms. Taylor oversaw JAMS operations in the United States and abroad. Working directly with the President and CEO, and leading a team that spans 28 resolution centers globally, Ms. Taylor was responsible for the company’s day-to-day operating activities. In addition to overseeing JAMS operations, Ms.Taylor worked with the General Counsel to manage the overall risk of the company, advising management and the Board with respect to the transactions and negotiations.
