- Improved usability for our mini program on WeChat, shop platform, website database, and locker UI for both customers and admin users by re-designing certain functions such as reworking the delivery and pick-up process on our lockers to cut the delivery and pick-up time in half.- Created and re-wrote new installation files and user guides to feature step-by-step guidelines, pictures, and examples to reduce confusion and improve usability.- Troubleshooted mini program, shop platform, website database, and locker UI by testing daily, reporting bugs and enhancement requests on Jira, and fetching logs for the coding team.- Installed locker software and VPN onto our lockers through Linux.
