CurrentManaging customer escalations for both product lines (inSync & Phoenix) & gathering feedback from customer on areas of improvement & then passing on the feedback to the Product management team wherever applicable ensure the voice of the customer is present and considered while preparing roadmap.Analyzing Customer satisfaction level & implementing improvement initiatives. Helps PM in understanding customer needs, perform detailed technical, market research & design product use cases to drive data protection product features. Work with the UX team to develop delightful user experiences for identified product use cases.Helps Product Management team in executing beta programs with customers to get product or feature feedback.
