During my years at Ticketmaster, I have worked as a Senior Client Support Specialist in the field and also as a Quality Assurance Engineer. On the support side I worked with major Ticketmaster clients in the Houston, New York/New Jersey, and the DFW Metro areas. I am now woking with clients in our Southwest Region. In additon to my experiences at Ticketmster, I gained a wealth of ticketing and live event management experience during my time in the Houston Texans front office. Between the Texans and Ticketmaster, I've worked at and supported major events including two Super Bowls, two Final Fours, BCS Bowl games, the 2008 Presidential Inauguration, the New Orleans Jazz Festival, the Belmont Stakes, multiple concerts in all types of venues, and over 200 NFL, MLB, MLS, NBA and University Athletic events.
