During my years at Ticketmaster, I have worked as a Senior Client Support Specialist in the field and also as a Quality Assurance Engineer. On the support side I worked with major Ticketmaster clients in the Houston, New York/New Jersey, and the DFW Metro areas. I am now woking with clients in our Southwest Region. In additon to my experiences at Ticketmster, I gained a wealth of ticketing and live event management experience during my time in the Houston Texans front office.
