Current• Extensive years of experience working as a Corporate Recruiter proficient in recruiting candidate related to Energy experience. • Experience in working with the Account Managers to identify the most talented consultants available across multiple geographies, IT skill areas, and industry backgrounds. • Coordinated job requisitions for a broad range of industries including telecommunications, financial institutions, health care/pharmaceuticals, automotive, consumer products, transportation, and energy/utilities• Experienced in working with different energy clients and handled end to end recruitment • Hired candidates for industrial engineers, general workers and transportation professionals which is related to craft workers• Recruited all levels of candidates related to engineers, some craft workers and IT professionals specializing with most of the skills mentioned by the clients• Responsible for organizational development, policies and programs covering employment, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, recruiting and retention, and compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.• Experience with Taleo, Sonic, MaxHire, Lotus Notes, PeopleSoft, Zip Recruiter,and other Applicant Tracking Systems.
