These plans outline the procedures and guidelines for ensuring… Show more My responsibilities cover a wide range of activities, from developing quality assurance plans and technical specifications to inspecting materials, approving vendors, and monitoring the concrete structure processes, validating finishing and MEP works..Standardization of Quality Assurance Plan & Field Quality Plan:I am responsible for creating and implementing standardized quality assurance plans and field quality plans. These plans outline the procedures and guidelines for ensuring the quality of construction activities on the project site. It includes inspection and testing protocols, quality control measures, and documentation requirements.Inspection of Civil Materials including finishing works:I do inspection process for civil materials, such as concrete, steel, aggregates, and other construction components including various finishing materials. This involves verifying that the materials meet the necessary quality standards before they are used in the project.Technical Review & Approval of Vendor Credentials:Inspecting and Expediting QA Activities of Civil Structure & Finishes:I am monitoring and inspecting the quality assurance activities for civil structures and finishes on the project site. This includes verifying that the construction processes adhere to the approved plans and specifications.Witnessing On-going Testing:Checking of Structures Finishing & MEP works:Before the concrete is poured, you inspect and verify the formwork, reinforcement, and other components of the concrete structures to ensure they are ready for concreting. Also have witness finishing and MREP activities also my responsibility.Standardization of Process of Works:I am involved in standardizing the processes and workflows used during the construction project.
