• As a Senior Recruiter handling full cycle recruitment for various staffing needs including contract, fulltime requirements by Direct Clients /Implementation Partners• Analyze IT requirements and identify quality consultants from my network and search using job boards like Dice , Indeed , Techfetch and Linkedin portals,• Sourcing qualified candidates through extensive web based search from various sources like Dice, Techfetch, and Vendors, internal resume database and referrals by understanding the requirements with technology and client research. • Screen consultants based on job description, consultants in depth knowledge of relevant technology functional skills, behaviorally attributes, job history, geography, ability to travel, and other relevant qualities,• Negotiated hourly rates with consultants according to employer profit margin for contract placements (1099/C2C/W2) • Submitting the most suitable resumes to concerned person and acting as a facilitator and single point of contact between the consultant and vendor/client interactions. • Coordinating with consultants for interview schedules etc.• Handling post interview aspects on Interview feedbacks,• Handling the aspects of Consultant start dates, MSA, PO’s on Successful selection of the consultants
