Managed a team of two international rotational advisors, an immigration specialist and a policy design advisor. The team was responsible for policy implementation and execution of the international and domestic rotational program supporting ~ 1000 rotators. Team was also responsible for all expatriate policy design changes, policy exceptions and immigration support for employees and secondees working in the USA. - During the time in the role led a project in partnership with Deloitte to redesign the global international rotational policy allowing for a streamlined, more competitive and less administrative way to competitively compensate international and domestic rotators.

In the role I was responsible for supporting for the global facilities organization (~1000 engineers) managing all areas of Human Resources including performance management, staffing and development, recruiting and people strategy development. - In this role I was appointed as the project manager for a global technical commercial leadership development training course. The course was developed to teach teach leadership skills to our upstream technical and commercial staff between 5-10 years of service. In this role I was responsible for vendor management (Stephens Institute of Technology), budget management, coordination of the training and senior technical professionals involved in the project, course content, and the ultimate roll out of the course.Course development was completed mid 2012 on time and under budget.

In this role I was on loan to the business in the Global Production Company. I was responsible for developing a training program for first line supervisors (FLS) globally. Program was focused on production operations best practices, safety, leadership and other non-technical supervisor competencies.
