Recruiting Coordinator
Current- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and reimbursements for candidates, ensuring a seamless process.
- Requisition Management: Create and route requisitions for approval, conducting quality assurance checks to maintain compliance with company policies and standards.
- Recruiter Support: Act as a backup for Recruiters by processing hiring documents, assisting with resume screening, and providing ad hoc reporting for HR Leaders and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Onboarding and Compliance: Initiate and monitor background checks, maintaining timely onboarding while ensuring compliance with EEO and OFCCP regulations.
- Event Coordination: Organize job fairs and recruiting events, including logistics, registration, and post-event analysis, attending events as required.
- Project Collaboration: Support special projects and contribute to company-wide Talent Acquisition and Diversity initiatives.
