• Schedule Patients for a family Medical Group. • Collect Co-Pay and balances on Patient account• Assist Physician with referrals to specials (getting pre authorizations from insurance companies)• Assisting Office Manager with patient relations, ordering supplies, weekly deposit.• Convert paper medical records to electronic records.• Review and confirm all patient information is accurate in database.• Filing, directing phones and in-person request, data entry, etc
