Senior Project Manager
Current- Develop and manage multiple concurrent project plans and budgets for a variety of projects including short-term discovery engagements, multi-year website development projects, and creative services and maintenance retainers.- Facilitate collaboration and production of high-quality work from internal teams, including creative directors, strategists, UX and visual designers, developers, and executive leadership. - Nurture client relationships through proactive communication, collaborative risk identification and mitigation, and ongoing education about process and outcomes. - Manage junior project managers, delegating tasks, supporting their professional growth and coaching them through difficult client situations. - Helped secure nearly $400K in additional revenue in the last year through ongoing support and maintenance contracts, post-launch site enhancement projects and creative and strategic consultations.
