Building relationships is one of the most important things out there. Over the last year and a half, my first experience breaking into the professional world, I have built some incredible relationships with new borrowers, returning borrowers, co-workers, and so many others. I started my time here as a sales assistant as I eagerly awaited my licenses to be approved in different states, I got to know my team. From 1 on 1's with the sales managers and shadowing calls with prospects, I couldn't have asked for better management and other loan officers to work along side me and teach me different techniques on how to sell in such a high rate environment. Prior to my job at Angel Oak, I served and bartended at two different restaurants for a total of Five years which prepared me for the customer interaction I handle today. Handling a fast paced high stress environment in those restaurants taught me how to think quickly on my feet and how I could promptly satisfy the needs of my customers.
