Kyle C. is a UX Designer at Optum. Colleagues describe him as "It is rare that you come across someone with such a diverse skillset as Kyle. We started working together almost 6 years ago at Optum. We both came in on the Technology Development Program, (TDP) program. This program is for recent grads from college, usually starting their first career. I have been impressed with Kyle's demeanor from the first day we started work. He has a very calmed relaxed attitude, but is also firm and fair. During Kyle's tenure at Optum he has continued to be involved with the TDP program , such as, mentoring the new recruits and helping with their transition into the business world. He has also acted as a TDP buddy to meet and discuss topics of choice from the new TDPer, to help in their transition. Kyle has also demonstrated strong leadership skills as a Software Team Leader, and as a Scrum Master.
