Responsible for the delivery of Network Planning, Design, Implementation & Optimization Services to high-profile Cisco customers.Identify & document design/architecture best practices for customers. Build, install, and maintain network infrastructure to allow LAN and WAN connectivity via Satellite Communications.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and maintain logs related to network functions.Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.Configure encryption devices to ensure information security on classified and unclassified networks. Communicate information and ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual Windows servers to include Domain Controllers, DNS, Exchange, VCenter, PKI, Print, and Chat services.Initialize and configure filers for storage and virtualization.Install server updates identified through security scans.
