Provides direct technical, analytical, and program management support to the Integrated Cybersecurity Operations Network Control Center (ICON C2) / Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) leadership team. Plans, advises, organizes and manages significant and complex operations, as well as helps to identify computer, network and cybersecurity related problems as they relate to advanced data infrastructures and architectures.

* Manage the overall day to day operations as part of Technical Operations Manager (TOM)Ensure events and/or incidents are detected and responded to in adherence to established process as well as procedures.* Oversee the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Network Operations Center (NOC)analysts’ daily tasking.o Ensure effective incident management.o Identify chronic operational and security issues and ensure they are managed appropriately. o Manage and escalate roadblocks that may jeopardize security monitoring operations, infrastructure, and SLAs.o Serve as a senior mentor to TOM staffo Conduct SOC Operations as part of the PCTE TOM team and be responsible for maintaining smooth operations, assist in service level agreements coordination and following policies and procedures.
