Responsible for all security operations management including physical security systems, operating procedures, and oversight of guard personnel. Research, recommend and deploy effective and innovative security management techniques and solutions to secure and safeguard multiple offices globally; including access control standards and policies, security guard operations and deployment, technical security solutions, safety and emergency preparedness protocols training for staff, and physical security design for new and existing offices. Assist with Special Events security, by conducting security advances, preparing site assessments and security planning documents, as well as providing security support at off site venues, as assigned. Provide support for regulatory/compliance security audits, surveys, and inspections. Manage company’s Emergency Response Team and Disaster Preparedness programs and work closely with HR and Workplace Experience teams to ensure staff are trained on building emergency plans and incident response protocols. Ensure physical security systems and controls are operating efficiently. Certify security staff is properly trained on all applicable physical security systems, to include access control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems. Review and update site security operations post orders. Provide direct customer service to associates, vendors and visitors.

Security operations for multiple site locations in the Bay Area and throughout the United States. Responsible for general security operations management including physical security systems, operating procedures, and oversight of guard personnel. Conduct day-to-day activities involving access control, including badge processing and visitor/vendor control. Develop and monitor company safety programs and policies. Ensure security staff is properly trained on all applicable physical security systems, to include access control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems. Ensure physical security systems and controls are operating efficiently. Review and update site security operations post orders. Provide direct customer service to associates, vendors and visitors. Provide support for regulatory/compliance security audits, surveys, and inspections. Supervise outsourced security personnel on a daily basis. Ensure compliance with government health and safety regulations.

Train all new hired employees by clear communication of training and effective teaching. Develop programs and procedures that are either site specific or for the global program. Monitor electronic systems such as fire detection, electronic access control, closed circuit television, alarm systems, and other automated systems to deter and protect against fire, theft, vandalism, terrorism, and all illegal and unauthorized activity. Monitor media as needed to support operations and advises teams of critical information impacting operations. Monitor GPS tracking systems and other technology to support investigative and protective operations. Initiate and coordinate engineering, security, fire, or police department response upon detection of unauthorized, suspicious, or problem activity as dictated by security procedures. Enter and retrieve data utilizing the organization’s case management system. Maintain appropriate logs or records of activities and observations during assigned shift. Receive, evaluate, and log calls to the Global Security Operations Center phone and radio line from employees, contractors, the public, law enforcement, and off‐site facilities. Complete hiring and termination procedures for contractors, interns and employees. Evaluate and update all hiring and termination procedures.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly building inspections with a high attention to detail to identify necessary repairs. Perform routine maintenance and timely repairs in the areas of painting, carpentry, plumbing, food and beverage equipment, seating and all related building components. Oversee vendor activities that include the scheduling of repair and maintenance needs as required; closely monitor progress to ensure quality of work. Provide constant attention to all life safety issues; ensure building emergency systems are operational through in-house inspections and vendor maintenance contracts. Inspect and provide direction and follow-up with janitorial service provider and/or regarding cleaning issues that do not meet AMC standards. Ensure consistent maintenance and repair methods for all building components. Develop routine systems to ensure constant monitoring of problem areas. Work with General Manager to ensure Film Crew procedures support an environment that is clean, safe, and in good repair for both associates and guests. Understand and track theatre Variable Operating Expenses (VOE) related to maintenance, repairs, and supplies. Follow instructions on safe use of all chemicals/cleaning materials. Provide training support for the market as directed.
