Leadership is in my DNA. I have led tourism and game development teams through periods of growth and challenge for over 30 years. Furthermore, I have held a number of volunteer roles for travel and tourism bodies, including Visit USA, for which I was a committee member then served as Board President for two years. Additionally, I stood as a PR board member for the ASTW (Australian Society of Travel Writers) helping the society navigate through unprecedented difficulties as well as PR and media representative for GALTA - Australia's leading Gay and Lesbian Tourism Authority.In the VR development space I have also served as board member since 2022 and currently sit as Deputy Chair for the IGEA board.I have a well-rounded and broad management skill set, which has been key to my success in assisting SME and large enterprise with their "way-forward" strategic planning and change management.I have led numerous mergers and acquisitions wearing operational and financial management hats during these processes.
