Kyle enjoyed a 5-and-a-half-year career at the Ron Clark Academy (RCA) where he raised 10 million dollars. At RCA, he served as the Development Officer before advancing to become the Manager of Development and Communications. While at the Academy, he served in multiple roles spanning major gifts and grants management, capital campaign execution, events management, and strategic communications. A member of the Emerging 100 of Atlanta since 2016 and executive board member from 2019 – 2023, Kyle improved the financial standing of the organization by more than $300K during his presidential term and introduced the organization to a new portfolio of corporate donors and community partners seeking to invest in education, workforce development, and scholarships. Additionally, his efforts helped the organization award $175,000 in scholarships to 20 students during his time on the executive board. Kyle is a member of the Georgia State University Alumni Association’s Class of 2024 40 Under 40 list. He recently served as a Mentoring Program Co-Chair for LEAD Atlanta, an 8-month intensive leadership development and community education program targeted at promising young professionals – a program he graduated from in 2022. He is the 2023 recipient of the inaugural Shoulders of Giants Award from The Emerging 100 of Atlanta and was named the inaugural Emerging 100 Member of the Year by the 100 Black Men of America at the 2024 National Conference.
