I attended weekly chapter meetings to develop professional skills, such as interviewing, job searching, and networking. I also went through weekly new member training meetings to learn professional and social expectations as a member in a business fraternity. This experience ended with a New Member Sales Project, where I worked with a team to market and sell food products to students at Ohio University. I built personal and professional connections with 100+ active members and alumni within the Pi Sigma Epsilon chapter to strengthen professional network at Ohio University.Each semester active members recruited new members through information sessions, interview workshops, and social events. I have had the opportunity to recruit over 45 members during my time in Pi Sigma Epsilon, expanding my network and the chapter's size in the process.

I tutored fellow peers in group, one-on-one, and online sessions for various Ohio University business classes to improve student understanding and performance in academic courses. These courses include Accounting 1010 and QBA 1720, two mandatory introduction classes in the College of Business. I tracked student performances to monitor their progress and encourage development with repeated tutees. The ultimate goal is to help students gain understanding with the material taught in class so they can be confident in their abilities to use these concepts on tests and in future classes.I also completed weekly training modules focused on developing effective tutoring methods, Ohio University tutoring standards, and building strong relations with tutees. These were conducted online asynchronously and in-person.

Originally starting at Wendell's Pub as a hostess and busser, I was promoted to server where I ensured optimal customer dining experience by recording, customizing, and delivering orders promptly to guests. I totaled, processed, and collected payments accurately for guests using point-of-sales system. I also maintained cleanliness of 65 tables in the restaurant to uphold sanitation standards and improve flow of service.
