Responsible for ordering and testing circuits from LECs like Verizon, AT&T, Comcast, etc. Maintains lines of communication with various LEC partners to ensure timely delivery and turn up of circuits. Places orders for LEC and broadband circuits via ASR LEC/CLEC proprietary systems, keep track of critical dates for circuit installations, and keep multiple data entry systems up to date. Maintain accurate customer database records, assigned circuit orders, and process orders. Support escalated trouble tickets from Network Operations and Customer Service. Work with LEC/CLEC teams to support site surveys when circuit testing is involved. Assist with special projects as assigned by manager. Communicate well with provisioning, network operation center, and engineering departments.

Resolve routine Trouble Tickets related to a large-scale email migration. Troubleshoot advanced product or service issues, including but not limited to email client configurations, mail flow and DNS with proper escalation as necessary to achieve optimal trouble resolution times.
