I'm a Social Service student at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and also a Information Technology technician at Colégio Pedro II. I am always looking for opportunities to apply my acquired skills and knowledge. In addition, I have experience with languages, having taken a course at the Cultural Center for Language Studies (CCLS) from 2013 to 2018.I worked at Atento Brasil, leader in Latin America serving the largest companies in telecommunications, finance, health, retail. I worked there as a bilingual Customer Service Specialist providing customer support via chat and call.Additionally, I had the opportunity to work at Grupo Roma, a dealership headquartered in Belo Horizonte/MG, with operations also in Rio de Janeiro. I served as a Customer Service Assistant in the CRM department, providing assistance via phone, email, and WhatsApp to clients in order to conduct the SMD survey in both sales and after-sales.I am a technology enthusiast and I'm also seeking to integrate this interest into my professional career. I am open to challenges and collaborations that allow me to contribute to the development of social and technological solutions.
