I have been working within the Customer service/ Administrative field for the last 16 years, and given the opportunity to work within management, I have be able to developed key skills in problem solving, delegation, complaints, reconciliation, managing a large team of individuals, a smaller team, and most recently managing my own workload and assisting colleagues where necessary.I believe it is imperative to have an approachable manner about you, so your colleagues are comfortable raising any issues they may have.I am a hard working individual who is reliable, self-motivated and focused. My previous work experience in all the industries I have been aligned with, have allowed me to put into practice all the skills I have gained over the years.
