• Final kit assembly including documentation logistics leading to the completion of the device history record• Maintain and assist with the manufacturing production schedule based upon kit orders received and inventory stock• Responsible for the manufacturing of kit related reagents per SOP: Buffers, Standards, Blocking solutions and Wash solutions• Biotinylate antibodies for distribution and use in the service and R&D lab• Bottle and label buffers and reagents per SOP• Prepared antibody coats for plate printing, adhering to manufacturing’s production schedule per SOP• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment• Aided in the writing and revision of Manufacturing SOP’s• Issue material out of inventory stock based upon usage for the manufacturing of products • Member of the Safety Committee holding the position as a Chemical Safety Officer- Maintain a log of all chemicals used in the manufacturing department in terms of their usage, hazards, expiration date, MSDS’s- Trained in how to properly dispose of process waste material per departmental SOP and regulatory guidelines• Cross-trained two employees on routine production operations• Work efficiently under time and environmental pressures in order to adhere to shipment deadlines
