With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational and Learning Development, I am passionate about enabling high performance and enhancing capabilities for organizations and individuals. As an Instructional Designer at Merchant Advisory Group, I work with the Education team and Subject Matter Experts to design, develop, and deploy learning solutions for our members, covering topics such as payments, fraud, security, and innovation.In addition to my role at Merchant Advisory Group, I run my own consulting business, Engagethem.org, where I partner with my clients on learning strategy, professional development coaching, and the design and production of custom digital and live learning experiences. I hold certifications in Project Management (PMP), Energy Leadership (ELI-MP), and Professional Coaching (CPC), and I leverage these skills and frameworks to create impactful and engaging learning experiences that align with the goals and needs of my clients and learners.
