A quirky, reliable and motivated jack-of-all-trades.I have focused on customer service throughout my working life and in the last few years been able to incorporate my love of wildlife and conservation into these skills. My current role with Forestry England sees me ensuring all visitors to our forest are happy, safe and leave feeling positive about their time in the woods. I spend the day conducting facility checks, maintaining trails, interacting with customers, managing financial records and liaising with onsite partners. I find myself using my initiative and drive on a daily basis to solve problems and to work individually or in a team setting.In my free time I use my other passion of product design to run my successful small wildlife merchandise business, Snailbug. Opened in 2017 as an online store it has grown into a popular name in convention circles and I exhibit and sell at a handful of comic conventions and art shows throughout the year, notably in Leeds, Birmingham and the country of Malta. I get a lot of enjoyment from taking my passion for wildlife and designing comics, stickers, pins and other merchandise to spread awareness and education of interesting and threatened species.
