About Leah Dillon
I am a fifth year student at the University of Cincinnati studying Chemical Engineering with Environmental Studies and Chemistry minors. I am interested in sustainability and hope to gain experience in the chemical industry with the goal of leaving a positive impact on the natural environment. I spent my first 2 co-op rotations at Calvary Industries, working in both Quality Control and Research and Development labs. I spent my 3rd rotation at Kroger working on the Facility and Maintenance team with the Energy Incentives group. I am working my second term in process engineering at Michelman. Outside of my engineering experience, I have coached for Walnut Hills and Clifton Meadows swim teams. I am also a member of the UC club swim team and served as Secretary on the 2023-24 Executive Board and Vice President on the 2024-25 Board.
