Specialized in policy development and program design for nonprofits, governments, and grassroots coalitions who work in the fields of economic development, criminal justice reform, workforce development, housing, education, and climate resilience. The driving force of my work was connecting HR&A’s expertise in economic development and real estate development to the work of local activists and leaders fighting for equity and justice on behalf of Black, LatinX, and LGBTQ+ communities.Served on the Anti-Racism Core Team advising the President and CEO; co-led the HR&A Queer Employee Resource Group; formally mentored 10+ analysts and project managers.
