With over 25 years of leadership experience across public, private, and third sector roles, I have a proven track record in driving growth and development. Subsequent to my involvement in securing inward investment from Thales in 2018, I successfully secured a role to spearhead the development and expansion of the Thales Ebbw Vale Campus. To date, I have led the team in delivering two regeneration catalyst projects in South East Wales - the NDEC and ResilientWorks. Moreover, I have played a crucial role in establishing the campus as the Thales Global R&D Centre for Security and Resilience in Cyber Physical Systems. Significant experience of representing the business and delivering a global vision to both internal and external senior stakeholders.
