As an Enterprise Account Manager I look after our Tier 1 BFSI customers in Sydney. Our broad portfolio is highly utilised in the Banking sector with customers using our products to actively monitor database, application, infrastructure and VM performance; handle complex Microsoft platform migrations; backup and recover Active Directory and critical Oracle or SQL Server databases; and provide security reporting on user, file and database activity inside of an organisation.Key applications under my portfolio include: Foglight, Toad, SharePlex, Recover Manager AD (Forest Edition), Change Auditor and ActiveRoles Server.

In January 2014 I moved to Australia to help support the SecureWorks team as they expand their business in region. As more and more Australian businesses become targets of cyber criminals this is an exciting place to be as we help identify threats and reduce our customer's exposure. The job also helped me to learn about the property market in the UK and I bought and worked on 2 investment properties within 3 years.
