I am a video producer and editor, with responsibility for projects from pitch to publish. The content of these videos ranges from exhibit promotions to behind-the-scenes talks with Museum scientists and curators.

I sailed aboard the JOIDES Resolution as part of Expedition 382: Iceberg Alley and Subantarctic Ice and Ocean Dynamics. I created two videos for the public, filmed an interview for CBS This Morning, and interviewed scientists in a series of Facebook Live broadcasts. I also broadcasted from the boat to over thirty classrooms and institutions around the world, as well as organized and published social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and the ship's blog.

Research, transcription, story-building, fact-checking and archival work for a feature-length documentary, "My Italian Secret: The Forgotten Heroes". Have also independently coordinated shoots and managed post-shoot materials.

Assisted in the classes "Introduction to Video" and "Documentary for Social Change" for high school students.

I completed my honors thesis with Dr. Dov Sax in the Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Department at Brown University.

Managed consultant schedules and training sessions, on top of teaching own training sessions in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Flash, and Adobe Premiere. Also helped Multimedia Lab users choose software, begin projects, and troubleshoot.

Worked as a research assistant for the episode of Nova scienceNOW titled "Can Science Stop Crime?" (aired 10/17/2012)

Directed, edited, and starred in three short educational videos about personal research project for use by public educators in Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois.

Wrote, narrated, and animated two podcasts for series created by Dunn Labs at Brown University, published podcasts in Nature and iTunesU.

Wild bird rehabilitation and rescue, performed wildlife care and basic medical procedures, informed public about conservation and rehabilitation practices.

Trained turkeys to run on treadmill apparatus to examine the morphology of foot's braking system.
