Digital Marketing Account Manager
Current△ Client Satisfaction & Strategy: Drive overall client satisfaction, develop effective marketing strategies, and oversee program delivery for assigned accounts. Possess in-depth knowledge of digital advertising products, including SEO, paid digital marketing (Text Search, Display, Mobile, Video, Programmatic), social media, and email marketing.△ Relationship Management: Serve as the primary relationship owner, building long-lasting, trusted relationships with clients. Serve as the project manager for all deliverables.△ Performance Evaluation: Define client search and performance marketing strategies. Evaluate program effectiveness, provide feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance campaign performance and ROI.△ Collaborative Leadership: Engage with various divisions within the company (Sales, Marketing, Production, Support) and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and client success.△ Proactive Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve marketing campaigns.△ Expertise & Communication: Demonstrate expertise in digital marketing tactics, strategies, best practices, and trends. Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.△ Account Growth: Identify investment opportunities to expand digital marketing services for clients, driving revenue growth. Lead client strategy review sessions and internal onboarding meetings.△ Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to enhance internal department processes and client offerings.
