Leading UX in a range of innovation projects and product concepting projects.Pioneering new design centric ways of working with product concepting.Initiating low cost rapid UX prototyping and iterative user testing in the field in India.UX lead in a team of over 50 engineers and designers.Setting up and leading the UX work in an innovation team in Beijing during a 3 month transfer.
