I lead ICF’s International Health and Development (IHD) Line of Business, which comprises over 200 staff based on three continents. We take a data-driven approach to supporting countries to address their global development priorities related to health demographics; infectious disease detection and surveillance,; design and implementation of effective community based health programs; resilience and food security research; monitoring, evaluation, research and learning; health information systems strengthening; and human trafficking and forced labor. My team has supported projects in these areas for organizations including USAID, the Global Fund, GAVI, WHO, the US Centers for Disease Control, and the US Department of Labor. I'm responsible for establishing the overall vision and strategy for IHD, and creating an environment where staff remain motivated and passionate about their work. My technical focus has been in the areas of global health and community engagement, with an emphasis on issues related to organizational capacity and strategy.
